I went to Liz Moras to sell my commercial building because the other Realtors didn’t seem too interested. When I approached them they said I could only get so much and that was that. I requested Liz take a look at it and she said if I wanted a certain amount for my building I would have to repaint, fix a few things and replace my tile floors. I figured you go to an electrician and he tells you want you need to do. You go to a realtor and she or he willl tell you what to do to have the sale. Liz then proceeded to take pictures and put my place on the market. She also e-mailed other Realtors and sent flyers out to people out of town that might be interested in this unique commercial building. She was actively showing my place right from the get go.
